Guess the whole neighborhood came alive last night at eleven thirty when gun shots were popping on Briggs Street between Green and Third. Calls flooded 911. A swift response from several squad cars, but nothing further that we could learn . . . I have recently mentioned our friend Dan Browning who is (slowly) recovering from back surgery. He has decided to blog his recovery for us and started yesterday. Today's entry mentioned The Bare Wall for which we are grateful. As soon as I get the basic address for the blog I will pass it along to you. Meanwhile he will be writing to us from Honey Grove in Juniata County which means he is forced to think harder for his material; no midnight gun shots there, I doubt . . .
This indoor/outdoor metal moon makes a nice statement on wall or fence and is roughly eleven and a half inches top to bottom. We had these at Christmas but they went out the door so fast not many of you saw them. The piece sells for $21 . . .

  1. Wish that gunshots were a rarity in Juniata County, but it's quite to the contrary. On a positive note, most of those we hear are directed at targets or unfortunate animals, but not people.
