Took a long walk through some uptown neighborhoods this morning. Bright sun and gentle breezes made it oh so pleasant. The convenience store opposite the Governor's Mansion at North Second and Maclay is fast taking shape. Would expect an opening announcement in the not too distant future . . . Finished my John Buchan novel Huntingtower, catnapped and watched Bob decorating our Christmas tree in the family room. The tree, a formal one, is already up in the living room but this one is bedecked with "cute-sy" ornaments that Bob has collected over the years. Seems to me that we are pushing the season a bit, but there is still a lot of decorating to be done in the house (and at the store also, I might add) . . . I have been meaning to share several photos with you and they are stacking up. This one shows Mt. Gretna in the October snowstorm and comes to us courtesy of Eric Battisti . . .
